This trip can be paid by cash, cheque, or from your family relief account.  If you have any questions regarding your funding please contact your caseworker.  If you presently have no funding available you will be billed directly.

The deadline for registration is Thursday July 9,2010. To register for this trip please call Marybeth Devine's voicemail at 613-257-7619 ext. 350. Plese note that Marybeth works from home and will return phone calls as soon as possible. Please Leave the following information  when registering: 1) Name 2)Phone Number 3) Pick up and drop off location 4) How many will be attending. Confirmation calls will be made anytime after July 16,2010. If the trip is full your name will be placed on a waiting list and you will be first served for the following bus trip.

Smiths Falls pick up at 8:20am "Youth Arena", drop off at 5:15pm "Youth Arena"

Carleton Place pick up at 8:45am " Feilds Dept. Store", drop off at 4:45pm "Feilds Dept. Store"
